What Does This Privacy Policy Cover?
This Privacy Policy is part of Total Kisani Talks’s Terms of Service and covers the treatment of user information, including personally identifying information, obtained by Total Kisani Talks, including information obtained when you access the Total Kisani Talks’s Application, use the Total Kisani Talks.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of companies that Total Kisani Talks does not own or control, or to individuals whom Total Kisani Talks does not employ or manage, including any of the third parties to which Total Kisani Talks may disclose user information as set forth in this Privacy Policy

Device permissions for Personal Data access

Depending on the User’s specific device, this Application may request certain permissions that allow it to access the User’s device Data as described below.

By default, these permissions must be granted by the User before the respective information can be accessed. Once the permission has been given, it can be revoked by the User at any time. Location permission

Used for accessing the User’s approximate device location. This Application may collect, use, and share User location Data in order to provide location-based services.

The geographic location of the User is determined in a manner that isn’t continuous. This means that it is impossible for this Application to derive the approximate position of the User on a continuous basis.

Camera permission

Used for accessing the camera or capturing images and video from the device.

Photo Library permission

Allows access to the User’s Photo Library.

Total Kisani Talks is currently ad-free and we have no intention to introduce advertisement into the product, but if we ever do, will update this section.

Total Kisani Talks uses commercially reasonable physical, managerial, and technical safeguards to preserve the integrity and security of your personal information. We cannot, however, ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to Total Kisani Talks and you do so at your own risk. Using unsecured wifi or other unprotected networks to submit messages through the Total Kisani Talks Service is never recommended. Once we receive your transmission of information, Total Kisani Talks makes commercially reasonable efforts to ensure the security of our systems. However, please note that this is not a guarantee that such information may not be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed by breach of any of our physical, technical, or managerial safeguards. If Total Kisani Talks learns of a security systems breach, then we may attempt to notify you electronically so that you can take appropriate protective steps.
